I can't believe we were tricked by Dr. Wily like that. He said he was reformed, but...
[He shakes his head.]
I guess it doesn't matter now though. We're going to have to stop him again.
[Rush is sitting behind him of course, helping him carry his tools. The robo dog whines.
Rock sighs and glances back at Rush.]
I wish Break Man had told us what was going on instead of just trying to destroy Gamma on his own like that. Maybe we could've stopped all that from happening if he'd just warned us from the start.
2.) [In Dr. Light's lab aboard the Chalice, which is set up in a far corner of the hangar, Rock has been called by Dr. Light to talk about something important.]
Dr. Light? You said there was something you needed to tell, me.
[The old Scientist frowns worriedly and then directs Rock to sit down on the work table.]
Dr. Light: Rock... Son, there's something I really should have told you before now. It's about Break Man.
[Rock blinks as he sits, watching his creator pace.]
What do you mean?
[There's a very long pause.]
Dr. Light: First, I think I should apologize. I lied to you before when I said I didn't know anything about Break Man or where he came from. I was... there was a lot of reasons for that, but I should've told you the truth from the start.
The truth is... I know exactly who he is, because Dr. Wily and I created him together, as the prototype to the Robot Masters.
His real name is Blues... and he's your older brother.
[In response to this announcement, all Rock can do is stare at his creator.]
... What?
[Dr. Light explains further, telling Rock the whole sad tale about what happened to Blues that lead to his going AWOL and Dr. Light being too ashamed of himself to actually want to talk about this even to tell Rock until now. And later Rock can be found sitting on a couch in the rec room with Rush, scratching the robo dog behind the ears and again looking lost in thought, and kinda sad.]
((Yeah, I was kinda planning on having this reveal happen now instead of at the very end of the story like it did in canon Megaman 3. People replying to 2). are free to have maybe over heard some of that, or they could just go ask Rock if he's okay. XD;))
