[When you turn a corner, sit at a table or even lie down on your bed, you would soon find an inquisitive face of a cat poking itself into your field of vision.]

[Clearly there is something wrong with something you ate, or maybe you drank too much. A cat out of nowhere asking you for girl advice. What. No. Seriously. WHAT.]

[Seiren. You hear a scratching at your door. It's probably the talking cat you spoke to a while ago. Should you open the door, you would find him dressed in a cat sized tuxedo complete with top-hat and monocle but sadly lacking a cane and looking very dapper. You can see a small mouse by his side - still alive by the looks of it and tied securely with some ribbon.]

[Somehow... your day just got exceedingly weird. Elsewhere on the Chalice, Luger is laughing his diseased ass off.]

[After the last fight Werter is sitting in the dining hall with a cup of tea, looking even more pale than usual. Prometheus is listening to his monologue, wearing a pair of white boxers with red hearts. Inside out and backside. They're also way too large for him, so he has to use a piece of string to hold them up.]

Isn't it so cliche for the hero to sacrifice his life to destroy the ultimate evil and save the whole world in the process?

Azrad and Hadou Kouzou... You two are heroes today. I have no idea what awaits us after death, but if hell and heaven exist and you didn't get to the latter, there is no justice in this world.

I can only wonder how many more people died today... But if we failed, it would be "all of them".

[He grabs his head with a pained expression.]

Ghh... I've had a headache since the battle ended. I don't suppose you know what caused it, little guy? No? Thought so. Maybe it's because I went overboard...

This isn't my infirmary... what happened? Gh-!

[Attempts to move are met with pain and a total lack of energy, so he's not getting anywhere under his own power.]

[Even after narrowly escaping mortal wounds, Chrono just can't stop working. Later that day, he's holding a datapad with information from that last battle, scowling as he reads.]

So many lives lost... I know there isn't much that we could have done against something like that, but I still... [He shakes his head, wincing.] This entire incident was a travesty.
