After the previous mission, White Chalice's hangar is seeing new arrivals as 5 mechs are moving in, all bearing the following insignia:



The lead mech has already parked, and the pilot has exited the cockpit.

"I am Star Captain Ranna of Clan Wolf's Delta Galaxy. I do apologize for the... inappropriate timing of the Circle of Equals, but it was done under extenuating circumstances. This is my Command Star, and it is with great honor that my warriors and I set foot on Terra."

After an interminable period waiting for the all clear to exit his mech, which was covered in contagious Invader slime, Resnick finally got to exit and shower...Just in time to spend another interminable period making sure that his clanmates didn't commit any terrible faux pas.

After all that and some asking around, he finally approached Ranna's temporary quarters and knocked.

Ranna opens the door, a clipboard in her hand.

"Resnick," she nods.

He stands in the doorway, in that awkward space between meeting someone and being allowed to enter their space. This close she may be able to make out the EI tattoos that peak out from under his hairline (yes, he was vain enough to have his head shaved, have the tattoos put on his scalp, then regrow his hair over them) or out of his jumpsuit's sleeves. "Star Captain. I am glad you figured out where we are. I do not know if the lack of ComGuard tipped you off though...But this is not our Terra."

[[MarKus just waits for Ranna to get out of her mech before climbing atop it with a clipboard.

Did he ask? Nope. But, he looks like he either A) belongs there or at least B) knows what he's doing. Definitely C) taking notes!

She stands behind him, and finally speaks up with an amused tone.

"May I help you?"

"Oh, prolly. This looks like Resnick's thing. Fukkin... Battleroid or some crap. The Major wants me takin inventory of our battle strength. Specially when we get new shit."

He just kinda dumped it all out there without much explanation.

"Neg. I managed to bid down to a single Point. I doubt you will appreciate two full Trinaries of mechs engaging each other instead."

"Gotta ask though just for the sake of being prepared though... how likely is it we're going to get more challenges like that in the future? It might be good to know in case we're doing some big operation or something."

[A severe figure in a blue bodysuit, of a size not unlike the Elemental warriors in Ranna's own clan, happens to be in the hangar as the clansmen come aboard, atop her own ship. Samus stops for a moment and turns, and looking at them from afar obviously sizing the newcomers up]

Ranna notices Samus and walks up to her, offering a nod and a faint smile.

"Greetings."

Welcome to Earth. I hope the difference from what you expected isn't too... jarring.

[Laura gives the new mechs a curious look, but she's mostly watching the pilots. They're sufficiently different from Resnick to make her curious, after all.]

The other pilots that came with her are indeed somewhat different - A little less awkward than when he first arrived, perhaps?
