[Maybe you were there. Maybe you heard the comms chatter. Maybe, you caught glimpse of the great white giant paladin, standing in the hangar bay once more.

Whatever it is, there stands that familiar face, if a bit differently dressed than last you'd have seen him. He's wearing an old yet somewhat elaborate robe, and slung over his shoulder is a bag that seems to carry a large book. He seems to spot you as well, and he turns...]

Uh... hi.

Resting to heal my wounds, and... learning. Rather than merely imitating Ideigi, my master taught me how to use magic as an art...

[As a small demonstration, Richard claps his hands together, and utters some small words. Pulling them apart, a trail of light forms between the two, and he waves his hands, making the light dance for some time. Finally, he stops it by clapping his hands back together, and the light fades.]

I figured that you guys could handle anything outside the Demon Kings whilst I was gone.

What's with the robe though?

Well, my clothes kinda got ruined by the river. Plus this is apparently traditional wear.

[And he seems rather proud of it.]

At least I wasn't learning magic in the buff.
