[People may have noticed over time that Roger basically had two outfits. His US Army uniform, and his blue mechanic jumpsuit.]
[Well, something of an 'incident' had happened in his room, and by the end all his clothes were drenched with brown coffee stains. Including the boxers he was wearing in the laundry room.]
[The were very American boxers. Red white and blue~ (and now brown) Arguably also very french boxers, but whatever.]
[Did I mention that's all he was in? Embarassingly brown stained boxers? At ... at least it was only stained on the front side.]

Hakama are pants, and they do not restrict movement of the legs.
