Stress Relief

Hayato wasn't really angry. If anything, he was in a good mood. Sure, they had failed to capture the dragon, but they had kept it out of Invader hands as well, and losses had been absurdly low. However, part of him had been building up to the idea that after today this whole thing would be over. It wasn't, and so Hayato found himself filled with impatient, nervous energy.

He was taking it out in the gym on a punching bag. Each punch was so fast it was hard to follow with the naked eye. After a while, a particularly strong punch actually tore a hole in the bag, spilling sand all over the floor. Hayato stopped, and just stared at his hand for a while, opening and closing his hand into a fist while thinking.
