Cynthia can be found in the Hangar, almost skipping. She'd found a new toy, and despite the best efforts of one Setsuna F. Seiei, managed to capture the machine mostly intact. Now she just needed to find a mechanic willing to work on the outdated, yet still very viable machine....

[The http://gundam.wikia.com/wiki/MSM-04G_Juaggu is currently missing its trunk, which seems to have had  some kind of flamethrower weapon installed in it. Other than mechanics, people with mook suits (I'm looking at you, Bernie and Luger) are free to approach, she may be willing to share her prize.]

Ah, I see. So they require hard maintenance. I'm sure you can get some of the mechanics around here to help out, if you ask.

I wouldn't want to trouble them. They seem rather busy and...Actually, something strange happened. There was a German man with an eyepatch here earlier who was...asking me about the stalkers...and they chased him out.

A lot of people don't want him around their suits. He needs special permission, just to be in the hangar.

He really doesn't seem to care about the restriction, though!
