1. And so, triumphant, our heroes return home, with new allies and upgrades and then some.  Except not so triumphant, because while EVIL was stopped, the simple fact is that the Sanc Kingdom is now in the hands of those who would...

"Wait, who exactly ARE the Romefeller Foundation, and why is this a bad thing? It seems like Miss Relena has things under control, and she seems all right. It's not as if they're going around saying the want to spread war and suffering, right?"

...yeah, Yuu doesn't understand politics at all.


2. Yuu's seen to it that both former generals of EVIL he's brought back are taken care of. By which he means closely watched and checked out. Especially with Oishi, who he's stood at the side of as the Chalice's medical team scans her for whatever means were used to brainwash her.

3. Professor Tesla, meanwhile, has been given a somewhat limited tour of the ship, to show off the potential for SCIENCE that he can find here. You may want to keep small animals, Metroids, and Eldrich abominations away from him.  On the other hand, he is yet another brilliant mind, and there's no denying that.

4. Yuu can be found out on the deck of the chalice, looking skyward. "Dad...to think that you've managed to survive all this time, trapped in the Floating Fortress of EVIL...not only that, but you were able to manipulate Oishi out of the enemy's hands with the X-Buster's new wings... "

He shakes his fist. "I WILL save you. I WILL defeat them! and I absolutely, definately...will save this planet! This I vow, on my hammer of justice!"

It shouldn't be that hard now, should it? Three out of the four generals are taken care of, one way or another. Maybe all four if that magical girl decides it's not worth it and bails.

Without their four generals, they've lost a ton of foothold and power. Their mastermind, Mr. E, is nothing to sneeze at though...even in all my encounters with EVIL, I've never seen more than his hand...and that damn cat he always keeps with him.

I'm sure there's a reason why he's the head of the organization. His power level might just be maximum...

A cat? Do I even want to know? I've hab a bit too many of those today.

Cats are devious creatures by nature. Ensnaring the hearts of even the most hardened warriors, coyly acting cute in order to enslave others to feed or pet them. I've read in ancient times, they conquered a world wide web of sorts!

I don't think Mr. E's cat is particularly notable, though.

I didn't know cats are capable of conquering anything. They're too lazy and, you know, animals.

What about Mr E himself, then? What else do you know about him?

I'm afraid the man him self is, well...a mystery. I've barely had much contact from him directly while fighting EVIL, save an ominous voice who says "I'll get you next time, X-Buster...NEXT TIIIIIME!" whenever I foil their evil plans of the week. Even the intel gathered by the Science Ninja corps is scarce...

That means his capabilities are all shrouded in mystery... And he could be anyone. Or anything.

I will say this: You have to be DAMN charismatic in order to amass all the followers he has when your orgainzation is outright called EVIL. Either that, or rich.

I'm not surprised. I saw people amass under the weirdest of banners.

What's with Oishi, by the way?

She seems to be all right, and back to her old self. I'm a bit worried she may still have some kind of sleeper programming put in her, so I'm having the docs check her out.

Normally, she's very meek and supportive! A good female role model, too, she loves to cook...

Quite old-fashioned, huh? I prefer strong-willed girls though. And I don't think there's such a thing as role model in real life, unless you're some kind of celebrity or something.

"How shall I put this? The Foundation are forcing Ms. Peacecraft to advocate for the complete and total unification of the world, quiaff? Who do you think will enforce that unification?"

...I dunno, their army of Leos and Serpents? They seem even more explosive than Fungal's M3 units...

But wait! That means that Ms. Peacecraft will end up taking the fall for any atrocities they do! That's terrible!

Though it will sate the commonfolk, I can't really see any military powers that will be fooled by such a ruse.

...truly, I'm more worried about the clan calling themselves the White Fang.

Calling for peace is fine, don't get me wrong. But it doesn't exactly feel right when a country's conquered and the guys in charge suddenly put a pacifist in charge... one who probably wouldn't have ordered the attack in the first place.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't Ms Peacecraft already in charge of the Sanc Kingdom before the invasion? I'm not sure I understand the logic here...

Yeah... but you have to really wonder how much power she has now. They wouldn't invade and just... not take control of a nation, even though the shadows.

You don't suppose...they've brainwashed her into being some kind of living doll who follows their agenda? I've seen this kind of thing before...

Poor Heero will be devastated...his girlfriend, now nothing more than a shameless woman, controlling the masses with her beauty and charm...

...this is also commonplace amongst villainous organizations, isn't it?

Pretty sure it isn't... and this is coming from a guy who did have to fight his adoptive sister because of it.
