FAIRY PARK TAKE TWO! [Monday Morning]

Dawn on the Chalice has everyone disembarking for some rest and relaxation. And where one might ask? It's none other than Fairy Park once more! It seems the island is actually mobile, and has met up with you for supplies.





For those who haven't seen it before, it's majestic in the sight of it. A bastion of fluffy happiness, chocolate and little mascots who are too cute to be real, you're greeted by the two men who stand up to meet you all.



"Welcome back to Fairy Park!" exclaimed Apple, the one on the left.

"Though we're hoping it's under better circumstances. We've heard there's trouble with the team stationed on the Chalice," said Pine, the man on the right.

In a poof, the men turn into what appear to be a squirrel and a fox. The fox looked over at Eri who tried to hide herself.

"You've been a bad girl, Eri Kurmu, and you need to come along with us, appa." scolded Apple.

Eri ducked her head in shame. "Sorry guys this is where I get off looks like."

As the mascots lead her away for treatment and rigorous psychological work, a woman stepped forward, dressed in jacket. With long hair aged to a light brown and wrinkles, she smiled at the group.



I'm Director Kaoruko Himesaki, and I wanted to welcome you all again back here. We will get to the bottom of this problem while we debrief our pilots. In the meantime, please enjoy yourselves, and listen to the mascots while we're here.

"I will be showing the main group around-pina," said the Squirrel-like thing that was once identified as the young tanned man with blonde hair. "Please follow me, if you haven't been around here yet for the grand tour."

"We'll also be moving the Rainbow Jewel back onto the premises for safe keeping. While you're here at least. It needs to be monitored for any signs of stress." added Kaoruko. "For now, please enjoy yourselves! And if you haven't obtained a Miracle Light yet, please get one from the mascots handing them out. They're your admission stamp into the park."

As before, all of the rides are open, all of the attractions are ready and opening at 7am sharp, and there's plenty of food to go around of all kinds, including their world famous choco-popcorn. Give it a try maybe?

At some point she seems to have passed under something showering glitter, and it's still drifting off her as if she's emitting fairy dust.]

[It's been a long time since Sora was here. As she looks around, she starts to feel... relaxed, almost. The mascots all greet her as they pass, and she waves back with a smile... but she can't shake the feeling that something's wrong as she walks around the park and tries to enjoy her return home.]

Why... doesn't this feel right?

[Sora makes a point of stopping by the combat simulator, smiling at the various faces in line, the vast majority of them children and teens. The sim is a grand old time, and gives everyone hardlight suits while they're inside the "combat" zone to beat each other up, with a number of generic special attacks to make everyone feel like a Desu for five minutes, and (much) more armor than usual on the suits for safety's sake. What the customers don't know is that she's been asked to stop in and show the patrons what a real Desu can do, and behind an emergency exit there's a bright flash and a silent sneak. Anyone want to fight the last member of the Claimer team? Or, y'know, their other friends? There's an option for team fights, or individuals, and groups of any size. Feel free to have pubs normal patrons to make yourself feel better against, or just yourselves.]

There's a performance in the front stage and it was showcasing the new team. But since this was an anniversary of the Desus, many of them had returned for a big celebration.

10... 15... there was 28 of them on stage! Even missing Hana, Eri, Sora, Seiren, Katsumi and Ciel, there was also the other backups there as well.

Oenone Zero thinks this might have been a bad idea. She's stuck somewhere at the gates, overwhelmed at the opulence. The food, the people, the well fed children and carefree adults...It's like nothing she's seen before. Is it even wise to be here alone? Should she have brought a Stalker as escort? But that would probably not work out too well. There's little chance she could disguise it as a mascot character.

[ Katsumi? Well, she's around the park, signing autographs here and there all while being seated in a wheelchair. She's still too weak to walk just yet, but she knows she can't be in the infirmary all the time.

Around little kids, she seems to be a bit softer and gentler with them than the adults. The adults, she's more firm with, but still respectful. ]
