[[The typically stern, calculating, stone face of the major is broken into a girly smile. She stands beside the newly-arrived stealth fighter, long after it's pilot has sauntered off to deal with the captain, or whatever other Chalice occupants might drag her away.

Clearly, this overly happy grin is something rare for the Major... She'd even admit her cheeks here hurting! Just what in the gosh-golly heck is she so giddy about?

My world doesn't have mecha, at least I remember from it. It was just a normal pre-impact world.

Years ago, they were. But as I've learned, the development of the Gundam sparked some sort of revolution in giant robots becoming far more commonplace.
