[Despite the whole clusterfuck of a week ending, Eri was ready to go as she was running diagnostics on her machines, Noir and Erika. She was tapping on two simultaneous laptops at the moment and was scrolling through the levels when she frowned.]

COFFRET, MIPPLE, what's wrong with the Synch levels recently? They're really low.

[The two mascots set to work and soon, Eri found that they were not synching up between pilots. Frowning, she booted up her records and started to work.

Okay I'm holding a mandatory meeting for all desu pilots. Visitors welcome. Come meet us in the hangar, I've set up some space for us.

[It was here Eri was dressed in a track suit.] Glad everyone can make it. It seems pilot sympathy is pretty low lately, so I'm going to take it upon myself to perform one of the most obvious routines possible. Gentlemen and ladies, we're about to get some dance lessons.

[Turning on a music player, she set it up as she bounced on her toes.] This dance routine is a standard one, made during my sisters time. Follow along as best as you can, watch, and then we'll restart the music.

Here we go.

Did everyone get that? Good. Square off into teams of four and we'll go through the moves again.

Naw, it doesn't. But I thought I'd ask and all. I mean, coordination stuff is a good idea.

[At this, she finally looks over at Eri. The idea is good, without a doubt, but someone like Laura? Dancing? Haha. She'd much rather go through Neo-Germany's special training regimen again.

Of course, it wasn't just that...]

...Were we not coordinated enough during the rescue operation? The objectives would not have been met otherwise.

We were. However that was a one-time thing. What happens when there's a lot of different battles going on at once? Working as a team is a big point of the exercise.

That was not the only instance of coordination I have seen...

[Flashback to her first Chalice mission, mainly, where all the Einherjar involved were playing their roles to take out those radar stations and Olajuwon.]

A good number of pilots have already shown that they can adapt quickly to changes and do what needs to be done, whether that means working as a group or doing something on their own, in the face of threats. That should suffice.

[And then she looks thoughtful.]

Besides, what will you do about those who simply work better alone? [Like that one tall, usually armored bounty hunter she's seen here and there...]

[Shrugs] Some people do work better alone. Others work better together. The exercise is also to build trust and sympathy for others. For the Desu pilots, this is a big thing. We can't have scores under 72% or we run the risk of losing the ability to utilize our team attacks.

So it is a necessity for you...fair enough.

[Laura lightly sets down her tools, now that the tune up is pretty much done anyways. Time to return these to the guy she somehow borrowed them from...

But the sympathy and trust issue, yes...she knows she still has problems there, and Schwarz would be disappointed. So far she's only been taking the most practical and professional course of action...or at least that's what she thinks.]

I will not be here to bother you any longer. Enough time has been wasted.

[Indeed, after her black IS goes back to its stored form, she proceeds to head off without saying another word, silver hair swaying behind her...]
