But look, this time something is different. Gerbera Straight II is held only in Astray's right hand. The left arm's Powered upgrade is absent, showing the normal not-lifting Red Frame arm normally hidden underneath.]

Shaky... very shaky. Looks like I need both arms to wield it in battle with any effect.

But how will I make a replacement on such a short notice? Either way, the fight for Earth's sake is not over yet. You just refuse to give up, Red Frame, don't you?

[Lowe leaves the cockpit and will just lie down on the deck, hands behind his head, looking at the sky, his mobile suit, White Chalcie around him.]

More like damaged. But technically that's just outer armor. It takes more than that to take down good old Red Frame!

Good to hear that! Will you be able to restore it to the old form? Or are you going to use this as an opportunity for another jury-rigged upgrade?

I don't know yet. There's a lot of really big things going on right now.

But you know me. I'm not going to give up. It may take a while, but Red Frame will get new toys to play with, even more awesome than old ones!

What do you think about Gerbera Straight III? Proportionally the same size towards II as II was towards I.

That's one big sword, don't you think? Sounds like the greatest challenge yet. For a Junker anyway.

I know a lot of melee fighters, and they all like giant swords! There's even a building that's a sword on Cosmic Ark.

Really? Now I need to know if anyone used that building in actual combat.

I'm going to be honest, I think it's also like a warrior to know when to limit yourself. He constantly left himself wide open aside from Turn X's ability to split apart.

I think he got reckless with how strong Turn X was.

But you got a point there too. That Gym guy... it seemed like for every ounce of skill, he had two of posturing. Not that it made the fight any easier.

I really wanted to help Pit deal with Hades, we'd been through a lot together already.

That's right, there was that death star... I mean moon. And that one bomb factory before it.

Now that you mention it, Moonrace and Skyland folks liked to appear together, didn't they.

With Arlon's moon we couldn't just ignore it, and that bomb factory would have caused big problems for the Moonrace wanting to come back to Earth.

I guess it's just coincidental that Hades appeared that time though.

It wouldn't be a real god if we could just beat him up like that, right? More like... some really arrogant alien from Skyland. Yeah, let's go with that.

The Powered Frame broke - on the left arm at least. I don't think I can repair it any time soon.

"I dunno Lowe. Maybe you can to make it smaller?" Bernie smiled, "Not as small as the original. Or maybe, get two swords?"

Hey now, I still have Gerbera Straight - it's not that Red Frame is unarmed!

But good, keep giving me ideas. I need upgrades, if not now then for the future.

For a real engineer, there's no such thing as "good enough"! You always look out for things to improve.

Long range combat isn't my style. I prefer it close and personnal!

Still, I need to consider what the next upgrade's going to be about. More arms to hold swords, maybe?
