Matthew stroking his chin. "This may not be a complete solution to fighting the inspectors...but what if we tried going back to the basics for our mech...pardon, mobile suit design? Creating a new type of frame, capable of mounting versatile arrays of equipment, and capable of unprecedented levels of control and maneuverability?"
