[[Seems like after a talk with someone helpful, and, reviewing a few recordings of the fight where one Black Overman fought against him, Gainer's gone and figured out how the Overman works.

Unlike his own Overman, pulling a lever doesn't activate it's OverSkill. He has to manipulate the hands, a series of symbols formed with the fingers that make things happen.

Things such as TWO XAN flying laps around the ship. Two? Or is it three? He's done this sort of illusion with King Gainer before, using speed, but these are physical copies! 1HP copies, but physical all the same!

Yeah, turns out it wasn't Char at all, but... same difference. The recording helped. I just have to get used to the sequence before I try to push it.

Yeah, I'd be surprised if Char was much into ninjas. Though that'd explain the mask...

Take this with a grain of salt, but I kid you not, it stores a katana as long as it is tall in it's knee.

Considering that King Gainer stores not one, but two gunblades in a tiny pouch, I don't really find it that shocking.

I suppose not. I haven't quite figured out where the little knives come from yet. One step at a time though. I've gotten this far...

Well, ninja hand gestures are set up in a system. If you can figure out all the possible gestures, just try all possible combinations and see which ones do something.

Well, that's the thing, I don't know what all the gestures are. Nobody seems to be able to tell me anything about it.

They have to be mentioned somewhere. Probably not anywhere in White Chalice's books, but if we get close to Fuso and its manuscripts, or Britannia and its net...

In the meantime, try the gestures you already know. Maybe you'll squeeze out something new at least out of these.

Probably... It's too bad XAN just can't show me things like an instruction manual.

It's so far different from King Gainer. [[He pauses for a minute.]] I just want to have a reliable back up for when I get shot in the back again and King Gainer's being fixed.

Backup? I think there's more to XAN than that.

Have you ever played a video game where one character is very difficult to master, but when you finally do that it becomes top tier?

That's how I got to the top.

But that's not the point. King Gainer is MY machine. But XAN is so similar that... it's probably going to be me to figure it out... I just, can't yet.

Because you know most people only know the exaggerated parts. I mean, did you ever meet that guy Schwarz Bruder? The Gundam pilot from the Germany colony?

It is a symbol for how people think of ninjas nowadays. And I will admit that Schwarz Bruder is... an anomaly. "German ninjitsu" itself grew out of the more fantastical notions of ninjitsu, but it has nevertheless legitimized itself.

Nevertheless, it is plain to see that you are helping to bring out XAN's full strength, and I applaud you for that!

Well... there's no point in him having come along on his own if he's not utilized. It's almost like I'm sitting in King Gainer, though, it's strange... he moved and spoke on his own one time and now, he doesn't.

Well... it's not so much about the black box. That's for recordings of where it's been and what it, and the pilot have been through.

What I need help with is what it can do, and there's a significant lack of communication between myself and XAN, who, when he showed up, was entirely autonomous.

Oh. Well... someone else I know can mimic a pilot's style just by copying the data from that. That was dumb of me...

[[Sadly he doesn't since, he's practicing making clones. Rather, he's not trying to control the clones... seems there's some extra buttons, but, the will of XAN also helps out as 2 copies are produced and shoot out, only to turn back on him and charge with swords drawn!]]
