After storming out of the command meeting, thinking a party at this point was one of the stupidest ideas he'd ever heard, Star Captain Grumpyface came upon someone who'd started the party without any official prompting at all.

He stopped and looked a little concerned. If she was sneaking off to drink, did that mean she was becoming restless again?
