Good to see everyone isn't injured recently. We just came back from Mejire which has undergone a retrofit so to speak. The Nirvana also now has a mixed crew with a larger male presence. Also, there is bathing for men and the access to the spa and hangar on the Nirvana is open. Thanks for not blowing up Earth before we got back.

I noticed! It seemed a touch patchwork.

Oh it was wonderful! We went to all sorts of places, visited London. We ate at Pizza Hut too, it was really upscale.

...dammit, empathic, I forgot. Mostly just mortal terror for someone other than myself, followed by mortal terror for myself, and a problem or six I don't know how to fix. Nothing new for me. Or, uh, did you want specifics?

No, no, no! You're supposed to have just gotten back from a trip! I can deal with my own problems... for a little while longer, at least. [Well, this is new. Sora refusing help? She's fighting hard not to show Dita anything she'd want to help fix.]

I mean, seriously, I'm sure you'd like at least a little bit of time to greet people before you get back to work.

I... all right. [She hangs her head.] I'm sorry. I always get like this, huh?

[The redhead sighs and smiles slightly.] Maybe a break with someone new will help. It's kinda been the same three or four of us trying to solve the same growing problem, and it's getting out of my league. Sometimes I wish I could just beat up my problems. That might be a little easier.

Beating up your problems might cause more problems along the road. It takes a steady hand to guide recovery.

...I'll stop beating around the bush. Mad and Hana are sisters and Mad intends to kill all six of us as revenge for hiding it from her.

[Dita nodded.] And how did this come about? Last I checked they only had the faintest resemblance.

The only people I can rely on for this, Mad won't talk to. It's... vexing. [She sighs.] We had a sortie a bit ago. She fought some gentlemen that were acquaintances of her father, who proceeded to slander his name. That, plus someone saying her true name... woke her up. She knows things she couldn't know if it weren't true, at any rate. That... and her irrational hate for the Desus is too strong to be anything but a grudge for her past.

Sounds difficult. She needs someone to help her sort through her memories then, and distinguish right from wrong. But it sounds to me like she isn't accepting the proper help.

She won't talk to any of us. So that leaves... I don't even know. Resnick. Maybe one or two other people, I don't know.

We're in a hard place, and I don't know what to do from here. [The girl sighs again.] Which brings me to why I was going to not talk about this. Because I'm stuck and I'm trying not to ask people who are just coming back from vacation for advice. [She gives a half-hearted glare at Dita, before smiling faintly.] I'm sure there's a solution, I just don't know it.
