Phase Nine: The Show Must Go On
1. (the hangar)
[Now that is at once a familiar sight and a strange one - Laura's back in armour, the silvery Gothic plate of The Great Pretender looking just like it used to. Well - not quite, for while the armour itself looks the same, the mist that used to accompany the use of her powers now surrounds her so thickly the edges of her form look hazy. The mist seems to follow her directions - at a gesture, a portion of it gathers in her hand and condenses into a translucent crystalline blade. Looking startled, Laura goes to adjust a piece of discarded armour plating nearby - and looks even more startled as she easily lifts it from the deck. Interrupt?]
2. (out and about)
[Over the course of a couple of days Laura experiments with the changes to her powers, figuring out what she can and can't do any more. Out on the deck, in a cleared space in the hangar, in a training room on the Asura - do you run in to Laura as she's experimenting, or perhaps act as her wingman when she tries taking to the skies again? Or did she perhaps come to you looking for combat instruction?]
3. (the Arboretum - locked to Dita)
[Picnic time! In a different part of the Arboretum to Laura's usual corner, though still a less-frequented one, she's invited Dita out to test her latest attempt at replicating a Mejire dish. She watches nervously as the other girl samples it.]
Did I get the seasoning right?
