How'd you like our stay at Fairy Park, everyone? Had fun, stuffed your bellies full of candy? That's good, but remember that you're fighters, and t's very important that a soldier stays in top physical condition. That's why I encourage everyone to come to my everyday morning training exercises, if you're not attending already. They're fun, and will help you keep your bodies in top shape. We will be trying something new tomorrow, too. Come to the deck if you want to see.
And if anyone wants specific melee or shooting training, let me know. We will figure out something.

[Indeed, something new has appeared on the deck the next morning - an improvised soccer field! Okay, the goals are just two Lupus suits each with fishing nets spread between them, but with recent resource shortages Frank knows well that he can't spend anything non-reusable on frivolities.]
