All right, team, let's do this.

[Scott was all business as he had RPM stroll into the kitchen...and promptly begin taking it over, preparing their own version of breakfast. Disgruntled passing-through Kamen Riders would just have to deal with it.]

[With the hostile takeover successful, the Rangers brought out a spread for breakfast, what they considered "traditional Corinthian cooking." There were American favorites like pancakes and scrambled eggs, along with some Scottish foods like potato scones and square-shaped sausage, and variations on Sri Lankan cooking like kiribath. Fresh fruit and smoothies were available too, and Scott walked around to make sure everybody was happy with what they'd gotten.]

Lucchini had actually watched the whole takeover from a perch, hey she got the munchies and was now sitting up on the fridge nibbling on a rice cake a moment.

"Okay, something different." She giggled a little. "Mind if I help? I know where pretty much everything is at least." She should she's snuck around enough.

"Well, this is supposed to be a Ranger mission," Scott joked. "Guess we'll just have to make you an honorary Ranger." No, Dr. K. You didn't get a say in that.

Either that or I stay hush hush about it. [She grins though because their unit is more relaxed, but kind of military, so she knows her place would be low rank.]

Besides I'd mess up the color scheme you guys have wouldn't I?

We threw off the primary color balance when Dillon joined up, so don't worry about it. I'd offer you pink, but I think Tsukasa's got that covered.

[And here's a frown at the pink bit because really, it's not her idea of a good color to wear in battle. Neither is red, but she won't tell Scott that.]

Yeah, I think he's got it covered.

[Shh. Don't mention how un-covert it is to be wearing bright red, yellow, and blue not-spandex into battle.]

One day, we'll let him know he's Ranger Pink. Maybe.

[Oh of course and never mention the S word around the Doctor she knows the rules]

I wonder if he'll figure it out before then though? I mean sometimes he's quite smart.

Yeah, but it's funnier if he doesn't.

I won't tell him.

Good. We'll let him find out when he finds pink tights in his closet.

Oooh when you plan on that move I'll run interference because I would love to see if Philip can get a photo of it.

Getting them in his closet will be a cinch. The real trick is getting them on him.

[Thinks a moment] Maybe 'borrow' all the clothes from the closet leaving only the uniform?

I was thinking we'd wait till he was asleep, like the next time he uses all those clones.

That would work. He'd probably be out more than long enough to do everything.

And when he wakes up? Ranger Pink. And nothing he can say about it.

Wonder if he'd think it was me after the shoe... Oh you weren't on the ship when I borrowed everyone's left shoe to get them to explore the ship.

Nice. And nah, he'd probably figure out it was me pretty fast. Not like I'm planning on keeping it secret after.

It'll be funny to see how he reacts to it. Though worried how he'd get back for it. Might end up starting a prank war.

I'm game for a Rangers vs. Riders prank war. I can take anything he's dishing.

Huh, could Tsukasa's reign over the kitchen be finally over?

At least for today, his tyrrany has been overthrown. For one day, we have triumphed over the so-called King of All Riders, and he shall not darken the corners of this kitchen again. Cooks, you are free!

[Somebody had been watching 21st century movies and series about revolutions.]

Finally! My wrist started to hurt from peeling potatoes. Now I can do all the things I wanted to do, like...

You know... I'm feeling kinda hungry.

Well, it's going to take a bit before we've got most of this ready. You might want to take some fruit for now. I might be able to get one egg ready, but I don't want to have them all sitting out too long.

Fruit will do for now, as long as it's not durian!

No problem. We've got some citrus over there, and some pineapples, though they haven't been cut yet.

Sounds good to me!

Fresh exotic fruits are very hard to get in space colonies, you know. For people like me, they're a rarity!

I'll bet. We were lucky in Corinth, since there were coconuts and all of that in Sri Lanka, but I definitely missed what we had a harder time growing, like chocolate and things like that.

...Chocolate is grown? How? On trees?

Well, it comes from cocoa beans, which grow on the cacao tree. That's from Africa and South America. They're bitter, so after you've ground them up, you mix them with other ingredients, like milk and sugar and vanilla. We actually have some pretty good sources of vanilla and other spices, like cinnamon. But cacao trees really need more care than we could easily put into.

Huh, and here I though it's made from milk, sugar and synthetic stuff!

...That's how chocolate is made in the colonies, at least.

...We have got to get you some real chocolate. Even if we have to steal a whole cacao tree to do it.

I like this idea! Maybe we could plant it in the arboretum!

We'll keep an eye out the next time we hit land. It needs a tropical environment though.

I'm sure the arboretum can provide that! We could ask the scary bounty hunter lady to be sure, she seems to be good at all this nature stuff.

Good plan. Just hope we stop by a place they grow in soon.
