Rage of T/ Pain and Anger

[Terui has finally woken up. And it wasn't a pretty sight. The Kamen Rider was already attempting to get out of bed, and it didn't work out so well since his muscles were still badly strained from the amount of stress he put into his body during the fight with Isaka. Oh and the Hopper woman and One-Eye Don's pirates. But to Terui the only fight that mattered was with Isaka. Either way, he fell out of the cot in the infirmary and landed on his injured wrist. No doubt aggravating it further. Terui suppressed the violent hiss of pain before he rolled onto the side of his uninjured hand. Ragged breaths escaped his lips as hot tears of anger began to leave his eyes despite his attempts to suppress them.]

Next time... I have to kill him next time. I can't let him get away again... he won't get away again ...

I have never seen a Dopant with that wide of abilities. It should not be within the power of the Weather Memory.

As far as I knew it only had ice abilities... everything else... I wasn't sure. I think I may have heard about other cases which may have hinted to it's other abilities but I was... distracted...
