Action - Working on the Oufits

[After making sure that she got everything, Eri has set to work. It's been a day and the room she commandeered for her own seamstress area is a WRECK. It's an absolute pigsty, filled with scraps, dummies and other various things. BUT There's a pair of mannequins in the side, one of them with a half completed wedding gown and the other a dashing tailored suit, both in the stages of half-done. Bother Eri?]

This entire scenario seems like it came out of left field. I was always under the impression that even if Devon expressed love to someone else, she wouldn't get married because that would mean acknowledging being part of the system.

(Tatsu sneaks into the room, interested in what is going on. Tatsu sees the dummies and the dress and tux and is confused to say the least. However she is distracted by a ball of material. Tatsu jumps on the ball and starts to play with it. Or so it seems. In Tatsu's mind she is overcoming some form of prey as a mighty predator.)

[Eri's working quickly when she notices Tatsu playing with the ball.] Ah, don't mess that up too much, Tatsu! I need that trim!

(Tatsu stops playing with the ball and gives Eri a confused look.)

It's not a ball. [Picking it up, she unfurled the trim.] See? It's actually fabric wrapped in a ball.

[And she unfurled it and held it so that it was trailing along the hem of the dress.] See? It will make up the trim here and I'll have something nice to show off instead of just the edge of the fabric.

(Tatsu nods happily and starts to help Eri. She has to be careful of her little knife-like claws and her small size means she needs something to stand on once in awhile but Tatsu does end up helping quiet a bit. Suddenly Tatsu looks at Eri.)

Ah well, this is sort of the joining ceremony, where the two exchange promises to remain faithful to each other. Their own "mating" as it were happens in private. But this is a public ceremony to celebrate their marriage.

And to show it off, people like myself makes clothing for each of them, to show how incredibly attractive they can be.

(Tatsu runs off for a second before coming back with a bunch of paper mache. She starts manipulating the paper mache to make flowers. Rather realistic flowers in fact.)

(Tatsu nods and starts to work. After 30 minutes Eri will see a pile of roses and a pile of white flowers...Both piles are as big as Tatsu.)

Yeah, yeah! I need to know your preferences on a suit. I'm making up some designs and all. [And she held up three designs, one was a traditional tuxedo, another a Chinese-collar suit and the third something a little more stylish with the open collar and the sort of fashionable look.]
