Kappa: Post-sortie worries.

1. [Action]
Kamille's surveying the damage done to the other units in his previous two sorties in comparison to his Zeta, and he frowns when he finds the Zeta to be in near perfect condition. Was he just getting lucky? There were certainly a few times when he could have been hit, but he got away scratch free. It didn't make sense to him, honestly, but he was just waiting for the other shoe to drop at this point.

"The Mothership won't get away. Not now."

2. [locked to Eri, action]

Kamille was sitting in the arboritum, a tablet in his hand as he kept fiddling with an image that was on the screen: It was an X-ray of the Zeta Gundam's shield, and inside were the workings of some sort of spike, though there was no way of telling how it would propel itself.

Whatcha looking at? [Eri's at his shoulder, sucking on a non-explosive lollipop.]

Yeah. And you've been mackin' on my girlfriend. [She punches him lightly in the shoulder.] But nuff of that. Whatcha reading?

Spring loaded sucks man, you should go for a good old fashioned shield spike. Take it from experience. It's more of a pain since it means more moving parts.

Take it from me, I've seen a lot of flaws and designs in impracticality. You want to reinforce the shield here and here with new bands, and attach a shield spike here. Just one, or else you'll be screwed if you get stuck on something in melee.

Just need to adjust it a little. Thin the reinforcement at certain points and then adjust the body for the main fit.

Buddy you're lucky I'm such a giving girl or you'd have gotten whapped for that.

As it stands, don't worry about it. Hana's a big girl. She doesn't need me to hover over her every motion.

[For now.]

Yeah I think so too. We've never really sortied before either.

I just go for practicality, s'all.

Get me some cake and we'll call it square.

Well well, Anahiem's latest must be quite powerful! Not a scratch on her.

Do you want to actually take damage? Doesn't that makes things more complicated for everyone else.

You can always do some yourself. Honestly, I would be glad to get through a sortie without damage... Then again, for me, that's not hard to do at all.

If you have such good luck, perhaps you should use that to your advantage instead. If you stay near your friends, perhaps they can avoid damage as well. It's worth a shot at least.
