Lynette is amazed and happy by that, really. It means Gloss is prepared.
But seeing the beer makes her mewl like a kitten.
She looks intimidated at the foaming liquid, then at Loraine as she looks at Lynette, and picks the scissors...
... and cuts a lock from her.
"Is that the medicine, Doctor Gloss?"
