Initially backup until things went to hell. Then necessary. Things didn't go according to plan until Fate did her performance. Even then, not according to plan, but we at lest left with more influence with the public, whether for better or worse...

It would be rude to decline a formal invitation, especially one so... publicized. We must keep appearances, Commander Jin. It's the only way we'll gain sway over Adventus...
