What is that!

[Simon is staring at the stars at fairy park. True the colored lights make it difficult to see the stars, but that just makes it better in Simon's amazed eyes.]

[Simon is sitting on the Chalice, as far from Fairy Park as possible, also staring at the stars.]

The stars, they almost draw pictures in the sky.

You are not the first to think that. Many species looked up into the endless expanse of the universe, and wished to see reflections upon it.

That is what we call "the universe". And it's really big. Bigger than most people can understand.

Indeed it is. Space is inhospitable, but also beautiful, and it teaches much. [It really does sound like Samus has been out there a *lot*. Which yeah, she has]

It is perhaps no coincidence that so many of the species that became sentient were the ones that so strongly wished to reach upwards to that firmament, pierce that ceiling above them, and take a place among the stars.
