Reminiscence
[Once again the stray boy was out on the deck staring out at the ocean, despite coming somewhat clean he was still hiding several things. He didn't know the reason why he was continuing to do so. Ever since he had come back from his Gramps' other lab one name in particular was bothering him.]
GreAT...
[Even if he had a name he wasn't able to find out anything about them on his own and he didn't like it. Several stacks of books sat next to him though in the end they didn't help at all.]

[Samus was probably the first person who seemed ridiculous even without her Power Suit.]

You did not answer my question yet.

I learned the name of the group that kidnapped my Grandpa...but according to all of records I've read they haven't existed up until now.

[Samus thinks for a moment]
Do you expect them to attempt something again?
no subject
[There's a pause from him.]
I positive that they will...they kidnapped my gramps for a reason.
[While he knew what it was he didn't want to tell Samus...at least not yet.]

And if you know they will surface again, it simplifies hings. Wait for them to do so, and make sure to get ahold of either one of the pilots or their machines.
[Samus doesn't probe further. Ichitaka is not really very good at hiding stuff, being the honest boy he is, but there are things one really shouldn't ask]

History huh......
[He seems to be thinking back about something.]
Samus do you have any knowledge about combat androids or gynoids?
no subject
I have a fair amount of experience with combat androids, but my knowledge is mostly about how to kill them or talking with the few of them who were bounty hunters as well. I never was much of an engineer.

I have never had to fight Ghor nor the other droid hunters, either. The one time we came at odds until now, he retreated without a fight when he learned I was involved.
[Missing the point so hard, Samus. And you only haven't had to fight Ghor because the Corruption plot didn't happen yet, give it time :P]

Were you that well known back in your side?

In this case, however, we had met before, and once we found out we were in opposite sides, it was obvious one of us was had to be on the wrong one. It turned out to be him, so he broke contract. Ghor is a good man.

[Of course, Samus being raised by birds and used to dealing with many of them, the idea of "humanlike" being used for sentience or feelings does not even cross her mind]

I see....I can see why they would want to create them like that.
[One name was still on his mind. HL-1]
