Joint Struggle! Battle Brain Kedora!
[It's a routine patrol for some of the Chalice's pilots. Maybe you're part of it, maybe you're just on standby back in the hangar. It's honestly pretty quiet... at least until...]
CHAAAAALIIIIIIIIIIIICE!!!!!
[Without warning the patrol group comes under fire! Up in the sky there's a massive airship, flanked by a slew of Mechanical Beasts! And just to eliminate any doubt of who's behind this, standing atop the Ghoul is none other than Baron Ashura himself!]
For too long Dr. Hell has held back, developing greater machines with which to conquer the world! And now you've begun to stumble onto the truth of the Mycene Empire! The secrets of the past, their past, must remain dead and buried! And I will see to it that knowledge of them dies with you!
[However... while he's been saying all of this, something's been happening on the ground, one of the patrol group's machines starting to act and move strangely... Boss Borot's entire frame begins to bulge, the metal warping... and then suddenly a massive growth bursts out from underneath its head, knocking the cockpit up and away from the machine! It's a disgusting sight... and only two people present realize what it is!]
A Kedora!
Kill it! Kill it before-
[And then suddenly, a flash of white engulfs the patrol group and Baron Ashura's forces, along with anything else that happened to be in the nearby vicinity. For everyone outside, all you see is a massive pillar of white. For everyone inside, however...]

[Everything's changed. The mountains of East Asia are gone, instead replaced by long, rolling hills and countless ancient structures of Grecian design. But the most notable feature however...]
HAAAAADEEEEES!
ZEUUUUUUUUS!!!!!
[Are the giants battling in the center of it all. They're massive even by mecha standards, with the more moderate, "size-M" machines aren't even half the size of the golden warrior's head. However, as they clash it's clear that the golden warrior is at a severe disadvantage, with his right hand severed and being forced to wield a large sword with the remaining one.]
Your sympathy for these humans makes you soft and weak, Zeus! Why shouldn't we rule over them as the gods they think us to be? They are less than insects to us, meant only to be our slaves!
We did not come here to conquer these lands and make its people suffer, Hades! And so long as the Empire seeks to do so I shall oppose it at every step! I will protect humanity until my last dying breath!

[And while all of that's been going on, there's also the fact that seemingly from every angle imaginable, hordes and hordes of Warrior Beasts have been emerging. More of the dragons from before, along with many, many, more you haven't seen previously. And all of them are converging on Zeus, no doubt eager to tear him apart... at least until...]
Stop them!
[At least until suddenly Baron Ashura's forces move to intercept, the Mechanical Beasts charging in to run interferance in spite of their inferior strength and numbers.]
The Kedora's trapped us all in its memories of the past! The only way we can escape is if this memory, the memory of the Empire's collapse, ends as it did in reality with Hades's defeat!
If Zeus-
[There's some serious hatred in the name as Ashura says it. But he knows that this is just a reflection of the past made real, and any hope of returning to Dr. Hell means curbing his hatred.]
If Zeus fails, if he dies... then we'll be trapped in this incomplete memory forever! And the Kedora's trying to alter its memories of this event to make that happen!
[At any rate, sounds like Ashura's kinda-sorta trying to call for a temporary alliance. Which sounds good because GODDAMN there's a lot of Warrior Beasts.]
(We haven't had a big battle post in a while, so here you go. First prompt is mainly for Mazinger plot progression, second one's for the sake of having that big battle. Enjoy!)
