[Wendell, coughing, gagging, wheezing, but distinctly alive, sits in the crater where Somnian met his end. He looks around, confused, and when he talks it's barely more than a whisper.]
I feel like I missed something. ...Mana... Mana?!-
[His attempts to stand up are cut short when he flinches, holding his side.]
[2 - For everyone]
[Later, back at the White Chalice's very familiar hospital ward, there are two new patients. Against medical recommendation, Wendell is out of his own bed, sitting next to Mana. The girl, for once, is awake. They're talking to each other quietly, and don't notice any visitors initially.]
