Prior to Second Impact, Universal Alloy was billed as being able to help countless scientists realize otherwise impossible things. Things like metal that turned heat and pressure into electricity or superconductors beyond what we've ever seen.

If I can get access to any information about contracts and grants Britannia was planning on following the success of the Tritech Plan... I might... might know what we'll be up against.
