Aside from a black eye and a bloody nose, the good doctor's no worse for wear physically. But she seems preoccupied, even more than mad scientists normally are. Even a little worried, shuffling her papers, muttering under her breath. "I should have known. It was too good to be true. And once she gets her body back she'll do her best to restart the war with the townies..."
She may run into you (an exchange, given her size, she's unlikely to get the better of) or simply not notice you at all. Even her Stalker birds are a little concerned, cocking their dead, wired and sensored heads.

White Chalice's latest batch of visitors are smaller than the usual. They're children between five and fifteen. Their clothes are dirty and while not starved, their small bodies show clear signs of a hard life. Without Uncle to direct their lives, the Lost Boys (and it soon comes out, a few Lost Girls; Uncle had been getting careless in his old age) are adrift. They can be found hunkered over plates in the cafeteria, literally growling at anyone who they think's going to come after 'their' food, ready to stab you with a fork. Stealing things with a professional's skill and a child's naivette about the perceptiveness of others. Staring in awe at the various mecha. Or just sprawled in the hallways like casualties, their little brains overwhelmed by their sudden change in circumstances.
[3: Locked to Kensuke, Kamille, Mira, Lily and other close CR]
Oenone's called you to talk about this over tea because you're one of the few people she trusts with this information. She leans forward to talk to you conspiratorially.
"I owe you an explanation. The Lost Boys kidnapped me because 'Uncle' used to be called Stilton Kael. He was Anna Fang's slavemaster in the gut of Arkhangel. He fell in love with her then, in a twisted way. He apparently never got over her, even when she was killed and turned into The Stalker Fang. I think you know where i'm going with this: they found her head. Uncle died with Grimsby but Fishcake got away with the head and all the repairs they made me make on her. He can finish them well enough that she'll be able to move around at least by himself.
We know from that note I received-" The threatening letter from a few months ago "-that there are still active Fang Loyalists within the Storm. If it comes out that she's still alive, she'll march right into HQ at Rogue's Roost and assume command and there won't be a thing General Naga or I can do about it. There will be a purge and before the bodies are cold the war with the Townies-" the Storm's derogatory slang for the inhabitants of the Predator Cities "-will engulf North America."
