Is it completely crippling? This ship will go over the ocean one of these days, and fights regularly happen on a island or two. My question is: how are you planning on dealing with your fears? Not everything in the ocean is horrifying.

I don't know that's the problem. I've tried to stay at least a mile inland my whole life. I know we'll go over the water, if I'm not in a situation where I have to see it I might be okay, but would be nice not to have to deal with it ya know.

A tough thing to change then I'd say. But there is always hope. Let me tell you a story of a Rider called Kamen Rider Aqua.

Kamen Rider Aqua is from the future, forty years from now, or perhaps in another time itself. As with any Rider, he was bestowed upon him a buckle to fight. Using the power of water itself, he could change into the protector of the world.

But, there was a catch. For you see, Aqua is afraid of the ocean, of water itself. He was unable to fight, because of his fear. Sound familiar? It should. Crippling fears can stand between you and the things you want to do, and whole new avenues and worlds to enjoy.
