Second Briefing

1. VIDEO

[Pretty much all over the ship, any video screen flickers to life with the symbol of the League.]

Hello again, White Chalice. This is the League of Ruling Corporations. We have heard reports of... discontent within our ranks. We believe the Algebra corporation may be staging some sort of attack. To preempt this, the Global Armaments wishes to contract you all. They will administer the briefing...

[The screen instantly darkens as Global Armaments' emblem appears on the screen. The sound of a gruff, military man takes over for the sultry mistress of the League]

Alright, this is your mission.

The client is GA America. The target is Algebra's attack transport Arms Fort, Cabracan.

[The next behemoth is shown on the screen:

Cabracan is protected by a very thick sheet of armor, and is impossible to take down with standard NEXT weaponry. I don't mind telling you that it's a real headache to deal with.

However, the thing does have a weak point. If you can manage to get under the skirting armor at its base, you will be able to take out the tracks and bring it to a halt. That is all we need you to do for this operation.

Frankly, the top brass don't have all the details themselves. What they do know, is that this Arms Fort could become a serious threat.

All of you taking this job will be well compensated. We hope to hear from you soon.

[The message cuts out, the League logo and woman's voice taking over once more.]

It goes without saying that the League will apply the same bonuses and penalties for completion and desertion respectively. Compensation will be in the form of a resupply and payment in the form of credits. As GA stated before, we can't wait to work with you again.

2. Action

[Alexei is generally in a very pissed off mood after that briefing. He's wandering the halls, head lowered and teeth grating together.]

Of all the companies... why did it have to be THEM?!
