(Seymour is in the hangar looking at different machines through the hangar. He is taking survey of the different kind of weaponry each machine has. Bother?)

(Seymour is relaxing in the arboretum. He is sitting at a table that his men prepared for him drinking fine wine and eating a steak while enjoying the veiw. He sees you approach.)

Do you need something from me? If so, I hope it is good. I'm trying to enjoy my lunch.

"No I was just wondering was all." He felt a little sheepish for asking.
"Well this isn't all of the mechs anyways." Maybe I shouldn't have told him that....

"Well there are some people down in Siberia fighting right now, so that's.... like 5 mechs missing right there. And then there a few other that you have to have, ya know, special clearance to even know where they are." Like mine Kensuke didn't like the way he was grinning. Better not mentioned the eva at all then.

Well, there is not much I can do about the ones in Siberia. The ones needing special clearance would be hard to get a real look at though possible with the right deal and a few bribes.

(The way Seymour mentions the bribes makes it sound like an everyday situation.)
