1) "One, two...one, two...one, two..."

(It's around 5:00 AM, and no - don't double blink your eyes. Yoshika is up at this unseemingly super-early hour, training! She's got a bokuto, which is a wooden sword, in her hands and thrusting it forward in attack position much like Major Sakamoto!

Is she sleeping while standing up, or was the newest member of the Witches actually fully awake?

Sakamoto may or may not be around, so try and find out.

2) Yoshika's...not adept at this part of the training regimen. It involves using her Striker Unit while submerged in water. She's crying out and flailing while trying to stay above water. In that aspect, she's only partially successful.

3) While her magic isn't at full yet, she can still use the Striker to fly, and so here's Yoshika's final training drill for the day: flying! The Neuroi won't be the only enemies Yoshika has to confront, so she'll have to learn how to be quick and agile in a split second-dodging, zigging and zagging in the air while also protecting her teammates!

Wobbling will not be part of this drill, as shown in her first mission Yoshika has successfully mastered how to fly as one with her Unit.

[ Char seems to be writing another letter, this one by hand. This one is addressed to... yeah. You guessed it. ]

Dearest Haman,

I hope this letter finds you well. I want to say first and foremost that I do not want you to worry about me, though I'm sure 'worried' isn't the correct word to describe your current state of mind regarding me. It is likely that you already know where I am, and what I have been up to recently. It is for that reason that I believe sending you this letter is paramount and necessary.

I know I am in no position to ask any favor of you whatsoever, however, I believe it is necessary to ask that you please do not take any action regarding the Titans. I know that is bold of me, but I want you to know that the White Chalice will deal with them when the time comes. Zeon involvement with the resistance movement would serve only to discredit their current progress, and would place the colonists in further danger.

Second, I want you to know that the White Chalice are not your enemies. There are good people onboard this ship, and they are not affiliated with the Federation in any way. In fact, at this point, I believe it would not be entirely inaccurate to call them enemies of the Federation, due to their opposition to the Titans. While there are ex-Federation soldiers onboard this ship, they abhor the current treatment of the colonists, and are working to help them as I write this.

Third, I want you to know that I do not consider myself an enemy of Zeon. I will always believe in the ideals of Zeon Zum Deikun, and I will always believe in the idea of a free and independent nation of Spacenoids. While my reasons for leaving Axis are my own, I do not want you to think of me as an enemy of Spacenoids. I believe Her Majesty Mineva Zabi will be a great ruler one day, and it is my wish to see her become a strong and benevolent figure that Spacenoids of all walks of life can look up to and admire.

I know that you know why I left Axis, Haman. I know you understand that while I will always care about you and wish you only the best, that I must, in time, bring myself to forgive you for what you did to Natalie. I know that, in your heart, you know that what you did was wrong. I hope that someday I can forgive you, and that perhaps, we can work together again to build a safe place for Spacenoids to live in freedom.

All I ask is that you do not harm the people of the White Chalice or intervene in the conflict with the Titans in any way. I have the situation under control, and that, while I may not have forgiven you for your betrayal of Natalie, I would not lie to you. Please try to understand my reasons for asking this of you.

Yours,
Char.

[ Satisfied, Char leaves it on the table, and stares down at the piece of paper with his chin resting in his palm. Feel free to sneak a read over his shoulder; he's pretty distracted. ]
