[It's been an awkward time since the Christmas party for Nanohana. Did she really agree to what she did with Eri? It seemed like so much of a blur, but...

She tried to get her mind off of it through a number of things through out the day!]

1) [Inside the hangar, Hana's busy poking around... the I-Savior? Why would a PreDesu pilot want to nose around a Mobile Suit? Even one as ugly as that? Well, perhaps the fact that she's busy trying to test some of the parts is showing she wants to branch out, even for a little bit.]

2) [Sometime later, Hana's tending to a small part of the arboretum within the Chalace, smiling as she waters a few flowers. It seems that she's enjoying her time here and it seems that she's a bit more open with the flowers than with a person...]

3) [even further on the day, Hana's enjoying the sights (what there is) outside the ship. Never one to have left her home before that fateful day, it seems that seeing what Africa has to offer is interesting her!]

[Kamille had been ruminating to himself regardinng his own emotions, wandering the chalice in self thought when he stumbled upon one of the people directly involved in those emotions. Nanohana hadn't noticed him yet, so he watched her water the plants with trepidation. His relationship with her was seemingly stooped in physical accidents. The coffee, the two kisses, choking CYPHrE, it was all a rather bad set up for a sitcom.]

['She seems to be able to socialize with plants better than people.' A smile. 'Though I wonder if one day...']

[How long until he's noticed?]

[It does take her awhile to notice Kamille, though when she does, there's a slight jump in surprise.]

Oh... Kamille. [she smiles a bit.] I... wasn't interrupting anything, was I?

[A small chuckle.] You seemed to be enjoying the company of the flowers, and I didn't want to intrude.

[Chrono walks into the arboretum, looking around at the various plants; he eventually spots Nanohana and smiles, changing course. He notes the flowers immediately around her.]

It's kind of nice to see actual flowers for a change. Especially since someone's taking care of them.

Oh! [she jumps a bit in surprise, a little into the moment. She looks back at Chrono and smiles.]

Ah, well... s-someone had to, right? It was something I used to do when I was younger... and still do, really. I was glad I found this place, though.

Oh? My apologies. I'd offer to help, but... I'm not sure I'm what you need. [He has the good sense to entertain that it might be Eri that's her problem, and elects not to suggest her.]

[....And the awkward silence stretches for a moment. Chrono glances at the flowers again while he thinks of something.]

[Samus is basically always in the Arboretum, so as Hana waters the flowers, she pretty much has to run into her as she's sitting down cross-legged nearby. Though it might ruin poor Hana's gardening session a bit, having this scary woman nearby!]

[However, the bounty hunter simply nods in recognition of Hana's presence, and looks at the flowers she's watering with a certain interest]

[As Hana stands and goes to get some more water for some of the other flowers, she stands and turns, jumping a bit as she sees Samus there before her.]

OH! Oh, oh... I... I'm sorry! [Yeah, she jumped. She didn't know she wasn't alone!]

[Samus looks at the younger girl. Now, she's bad with people, but she is acquainted with the fact that to most people she's goddamn terrifying, and Hana seems startled and scared. So, remembering what little she took from Grey Voice's lessons, she decides to change the subject]

Are you the caretaker of these flowers?

[Laura pulls up short when she turns a corner to find Nanohana, not usually encountering anyone else in this part of the Arboretum.]

Oh, hello there... You're from Fairy Park, aren't you?

[Hana blinks in surprise. With so many here, she's a little surprised that someone does remember her from there.]

Yes... yes, I am! I'm Nanohana Himesaki. Y-You can call me Hana if you want to!

[Laura's been trying to make herself more comfortable with the crew by looking up the people she hasn't met yet - and two who came aboard at the same time as her were easy to remember.

And since Hana is one of the least threatening people on board, this seems like a good opportunity to practice Being Confident.]

Spending time here? Well... I try to. Taking care of flowers is something I enjoy. My grandma helped me be that way. Even though... I did use it as an excuse...
