[At this particular moment, one would find Chrono sitting at a table by himself in the mess hall, holoscreens arrayed around him displaying various reports on sector readiness and emergency reports. There seem to be a lot of red markings... His fist slams against the table.]

Damn... all this business is throwing the rest of dimensional space into chaos... issues in every sector from here to Mid, and we can't do anything about it... we just don't have the ships for it, not when Asura is tied up here.

[The boy puts his head in his hands, groaning.] Why did I let Mother talk me into this job, again...?

[The shooting range. There's no better place on the Chalice to hone one's skills in marksmanship.

Those who visit today will be in for a surprise though - you'll find one of the Chalice's best ranged combatants performing...well...horribly. She's missing the target by a wide margin on each shot, and struggling a lot with her control too.]

Well, I knew this would be difficult but... I can do better than this!

[Will that stop her though? Heck no! As soon as one shot goes off (and misses), she raises her dominant hand again, and a pink glow returns to her palm.]

Lyrical, magical! Glimmers to be blessings, come into my hands. Ring and echo under the guidance. Divine Shooter... Shoot!

[Looks like she'll be there for a while...]

2. (Fun time!)

[It goes without saying that Nanoha is only human too...and a child, at that. She needs a break once in a while. So how does she spend her time when there's nothing to do and all her training and homework is done? Why, playing video games, of course!

It just so happens that those Burning PT terminals are easy enough to access; so over the course of the past few months, she's been making her way through the stages...slowly, but surely!

Right now, a customized Huckebein EX (painted in glorious Gundam Raising Heart colors) is making its way through the enemies on the 12th stage of the game.]

Remote Slasher... Go!

[And look at those things go!

She still has a lot of room for improvement though. Spectate? Maybe challenge her and show her how good you are?]

=

((OOC: For those who don't know, Burning PT is an in-universe game that features Banpresto Original mecha. Keep that in mind if you plan to tag!))

[Chrono grimaces as he finally comes back to himself in the Chalice's infirmary; an attempt to take stock of his limbs results in a hiss, as his left arm still hasn't healed.] Damn... what the hell happened to me...?

[And then he remembers. The party, the attack, the wave of TERROR. He shakes his head.] Those creatures... their attacks were like Shou's. Did they have Gaia Memories...? Ugh, this is confusing me already...

[2 - Video]

[The boy's voice is raspy as he tries to talk, with limited success; he has to stop and cough occasionally.]

How long have I been out? And what happened here? The atmosphere is... unpleasant. Moreso than usual, at least. For that matter... is everyone all right that went on the diplomatic mission?

[The end of the battle against the Book of Darkness is marked by a (delayed) bright flash in space, but also a local change in the weather: it's snowing. Chrono's Eternal Coffin was overcharged enough that a wet snow is falling for several miles around the site of the battle. Chrono himself isn't here since he needed to take Hoshi back, but that isn't stopping the dusting that's falling on an otherwise mild August night. Now would be a spectacular time to revel in a fine mid-summer's snowfall.]

[2]
Well... guess I'm not getting this back.

[Chrono finds himself at the door of the room he was using as a planning center. The whiteboards are smashed as a result of Hayate's attack; at his feet lies the picture of Hayate that was previously attached to the board; next to it, another scrap containing "Revenge for Clyde". The boy looks pensive as he surveys the damage... bother?]

[3]
[There's still something of a cleanup process left with the damage to the ship; Chrono's tired, but he's helping out all the same. He doesn't particularly want to deal with the debrief on the Asura now, nor is he particularly interested in sleeping. So he'll be found in the hangar, trying to help dig everyone's units out and assess the damage while he winds down from what's likely to be one of the biggest fights of his life. He's happy to talk to whoever's around, though.]

[4 | Locked to Hoshi]
[And some time later, Chrono had one last stop to make. He finds himself in front of Hoshi's room where he'd left her some hours ago, and tentatively, he taps at the door.]

Hoshi? Are you awake? I wanted to check and make sure you were all right...

His glare turns into an expression of puzzlement.]

If you are between the ages of 13 and 20, attendance is mandatory, unless I give you an exemption. If you are from another planet, dimension, or decade, then come even if you're over 20.

[Chrono's return from the outskirts of the Adventus base is, much like the last time he returned from an Adventus mission, marked by exhaustion and mana depletion, though it's from the Asura's dedicated teleport bay, and it's with the Fury (and Arika and Kamille) in tow taking up most of it; after taking Tatsu to the Chalice's infirmary for inspection and revival, he headed back up to the Asura to have the Fury sent back down to the hangar. All the while, though, he seems a bit distant. Call him on it?]

[2]

[Chrono's been ordered to rest for a while, to recover his magic and allow for repairs to Durandal. Of course, being Chrono, he won't ever admit he needs to take a break, and so he's sitting in his command chair on the Asura, watching footage from the assault.]

Such power... such strong feelings. I know we're at war with them, and I'm supposed to be intervening on the Bureau's behalf, but it seems like a waste to end all these opponents like this. Keeping the peace is one thing, but this is a long assignment, and getting longer by the day, and we haven't made progress with the Book in weeks... what are we doing?

[If anyone on the bridge has an answer, they're not sharing; Chrono sighs, returning to the footage as he gives his last retort to Yolanda about killing, and shakes his head.] Sometimes I hate missions on Unadministrated Worlds.

Is this how Admiral Graham felt, watching my father die? This... uselessness?

I need more power... I've got to find something. Having the skill and the experience isn't enough anymore... Durandal!

I brought something as well. I don't know how good it will be. I don't cook for others often. Well, besides Arf but she is happy with almost any kind of food. [Fate produces some snacks that she made for the picnic]

Well this will be a new experience for both of us, won't it? [Smiles as he brings out his own food, including hardboiled eggs. The both of them bow there heads, say "Ittadakimasu" and begin eating, Shoutaro starting with Fate's cooking. It may not have been the best that Shoutaro had tasted before but there was a lot of passion in it and it definately wasn't bad] This is good! How's yours?

[Fate, meanwhile, has decided to try one of Shou's eggs, and struggles with it before putting it down and looking at Shoutaro. She looks a bit hesitant to say as she doesn't want to hurt Shoutaro's feelings.] Well...It was a bit hard so I can't fully say. I'm sorry. [moves to try something else.]

[Shoutaro raises his eyebrow, tries to bite into one of his eggs and- is now cursing to himself as he throws it HARD into a nearby wall... leaving a dent in it while the egg remains intact.] I can't believe I screwed that up again!

[ooc: This is a joint post, and is open to anyone. for reference, This was Fate, and this was Shoutaro. You're more than welcome to help yourself, or join in with your own offering.]

1. [So you're going about your own business - eating, maybe having a workout or just sitting around. All's well, until you notice an object (or multiple objects) rising into the air nearby. The object(s) suddenly fall (with or without disastrous results), and Nanoha shows up a moment later, looking frantic.]

I'm sorry! Are you hurt?

(For the record, what Nanoha is practicing will eventually evolve into this. It's far from complete at the moment though.)

2. [A wonderful aroma is coming from the kitchen. If you decide to investigate, you'll find this normally destructive nine-year-old working hard. She's following some recipes from a cookbook she bought in Corinth, and despite having to make some improvisations (because the Chalice doesn't have everything), the results are quite amazing.

Nanoha herself looks quite pleased with her work, and she feels better after a little taste-test. Bother?]

2. [Dita's slipped away from the festivities for a little bit to the garden below the deck of the bridge, and she's looking at the night sky.]

So full of stars. They say there's a heart in each one of them. What star is Mejire and Taraak's? Is it still glowing brilliantly?

[It's such a sad, if happy feeling for Dita, she runs a hand across the railing.]

(ooc: mingle post in the first part, go get new CR with people! We're not throwing this party just cause we downed the Season Ending Boss oh no XD)

[After that time, Hana's more than psyched up. She's made her decision - one way or another, she's going out to fight those beasts. Her failure with Haruka and Imber is still fresh in her mind, but that's what's driving her this time - she isn't failing Dita. Which is why she's pushing for her most ambitious idea yet: Fitting the Desu Tsubomi with every last major untouched weapon she can find!

At this point, the PreDesu machine looks less like a magical girl mecha and more like it would almost fit in with a Gundam series - that, or Rinon got a hold of it. Zaku Machine Guns, Zaku Bazooka, Cracker Grenades, and (with a lot of asking from Roads), the Chakram launcher and a solid blade. She seems really serious about this!]

Hana, are you sure about this-desu?

Of course I am, CHYPrE! Dita's one of my close friends, and I'm not going to abandon her in her time of need!

But, there's no way the Desu Tsubomi can really handle all of this! You're going to be slowed down-desu!

It's only to save energy!

Th-then ask Eri to let you borrow Desu Noir! It should be fixed by now!

CHYPrE... I have to do this on my own. I'll be fine, don't worry...

[1 - Action | Hangar/Outside]

[Chrono's not about to let Nanoha and Fate do all the work, even if his precious Device was broken. As such, he's taken Alexei up on his offer of trying to pilot his old Strayed. The Normal was still a force to be reckoned with even tuned back down to reasonably speeds, but Chrono was still getting used to the substantially different controls.]

Alexei, can I get this to fly at all, like your and PRIME's units can? I think you said the generator's output was reduced, but...

[Feel free to use him for target practice, it's good for training~]

[2 - Log/Action | Asura: Chrono's Workstation]

Enforcer's log, entry one, subjective date 12 March. Upon an alert from Yuuno Scrya, civilian collaborator and candidate for Infinity Librarian, I became aware that, as the lead officer of the Asura's mobile mage forces, I needed to keep an official log of mission parameters in case of court martial or other Bureau action resulting from the Asura's blockade of Unadministrated World #97, locally known as Earth, as part of an intervention on the behalf of the citizens of Earth against the terrorist group "Adventus". I'll begin creating logs for previous sorties shortly, which I'll backdate according to action date. Future logs will contain any relevant data, in addition to sortie data, as there are a number of other events that might be worth the Bureau's consideration. Above all else, before any other information, I formally request that the Bureau reconsider Earth's status as a world with few mages. My time on the White Chalice disproves this theory handily, as there are more magic-using and magic-aware persons on this ship than on the Asura.

[Chrono keeps speaking; Bureau regulations require that he not pause or otherwise interrupt a report until he's done with it, so you're welcome to bug him, but you'll be in his reports later. Not that it'll be an issue, unless you're a terrorist or something.]

[After the last mission Miki had returned with Nebula in a wreck. Frankly how it was still moving was a mystery. Most of the systems were shot, several large chunks of the orange machine were just gone.

Despite that Miki seemed to have taken it relatively well, better than Haruka at the very least. The blonde seemed to just be staring at Nebula while fiddling with her iDOL key. Her expression rather serious.]

Hiems, Nubilum and Imber now. Turiavita is going to be a pain to deal with.

[All Chrono remembers at the end of the last mission was falling, hitting the ground, and a bright light. So when he comes to in the Asura's sickbay, he's a bit confused.] I'm hurting in places I didn't know I had... Maybe it's time to learn the fine arts of command and delegation. It'll be less painful.

[And then he suddenly remembers why he was falling in the first place. Looking around, he catches sight of a tray containing what he recognizes as pieces of S2U. The remains don't seem to constitute the whole Device, making reconstruction difficult and exceptionally time-consuming. Chrono sulks about it for a while, but eventually stops and sighs. Rather than focus on what he's lost, he's looking ahead to what needs to happen now. He'll be happy to talk to anyone that comes to visit, too. Anyone snooping around will find he's also making plans to return to Bureau space to consult Yuuno about the Book of Darkness case and do some investigation of his own; he'll be happy to research topics anyone needs looked up while he's there.]

[Chrono's taken it upon himself to expand his skill set, as he's well aware that a stick that shoots laser beams is, sadly, not appropriate for all situations. To that end, he's sitting in the cockpit of the unused Lion and attempting to get a feel for the controls.] I'm surprised this isn't more complicated. Considering the controls on the Asura and such, I was expecting knobs and levers everywhere. This is fairly simple.

[He's getting used to it fairly quickly, but he's not feeling quite good enough to take it out for a spin by himself... not that he has the clearance for that without approval, anyway. His authority only really extends to the Asura and the two girls under his command. Anyone want to help him figure out what buttons he's pushing?]
===

[2]
[It's Singles Awareness Day, and here's a poor sap that wants nothing to do with girls save where it's needed for the mission. He's already dodged his mother wanting to talk to him about his prospects, he's not entirely certain he even wants to talk to anything remotely female until the day's up. Alas, while wandering the Chalice to keep away from Lindy's reach, he's willing to talk to anyone if it'll keep him from going back to the Asura just yet.]

[1 - Not really locked but not useful to anyone but the Nanoha mages]

Chrono seems to enjoy talking too much about things that aren't his, even if he helped. )

[2 - Video/Action]

[Broadcast to all parties:] This is Enforcer Chrono Harlaown of the Time-Space Administration Bureau - I'm sure there's at least someone on the ship I haven't met, so I'll be sure. I'm certain I've already briefed almost everyone on the Wolkenritter's capabilities, but I wanted to make sure I got one thing clear: they're dimensional criminals wielding the power of one of the most dangerous Lost Logia the Bureau recognizes. If anyone wants to refresh their memory on their abilities, I'll be in the main training room aboard the Asura. I'll have a stack of training devices with me as well, if anyone would like further practice.

[Indeed, Chrono's holed up in the training room, a table holding the magical equivalent of a projector, a now-empty padded box, and a small crate full of training devices that a number of pilots may have seen before.]

((OOC: I know at least two people need information, training, and/or Devices from Chrono as part of upgrade lines, and I've been a little lax on tagging this last month or so; Chrono will answer basically whatever here. Apologies to affected parties.))

1. (locked, moderately hackable)

[Laura's been AWOL for Christmas, having messaged Lowe and Tsukasa not to expect her in the hangar or kitchens but otherwise being entirely incommunicado. Now she's reappeared the next morning, looking red around the eyes, but purposeful.]

[OOC: You can run in to Laura around the ship on the 26th, but if you're looking for her on the 25th you'll have to deliberately seek her out.]

2. (filtered to Asura crew)

Hello... I have some questions about magic. I was told I should speak to, um, Chrono about getting access to your library?

3. (filtered to the 501st)

Major Sakamoto... Ma'am, I wish to make a request!

[Laura delivers a crisp, if unpracticed, salute.]
